We're excited to introduce GC Guru to our platform. The Guru is an AI-based chat tool that will allow you to ask questions, and receive plain text responses (as well as links to our Knowledge Center as applicable).
Over the last four months we've had the Guru learn everything it can about GiveCentral - donor-facing and administrator-facing - in order to help you find answers to your questions faster, at any time of day. As more and more people provide feedback, the Guru will also be able to refine its responses.
Not only can the GC Guru help answer FAQs about GiveCentral, but it can also help your organization compose emails and communications to your community-base. It will tell you exactly where to drop in our GC SmartLinks and guide you through the send process.
